For our client in the aerospace industry, we are seeking motivated candidates for the following position based in Hamburg, Germany, to start immediately on a temporary staffing basis:

Project Manager (m/f/d) - Digital Tracking of Ground Support Equipment (GSE4.0)

Job Profile:

Manage projects related to the digital tracking of ground support equipment (GSE4.0)
Ensure routine support for the GSE4.0 platform
Capture and implement production requirements via change requests
Identify and analyze innovative solutions, and derive concepts from them to improve product and process quality
Drive product sales within the Lufthansa Group
Conduct economic viability and cost-benefit analyses
Oversee product development
Advise production areas at LHT sites both domestically and internationally
Continuously develop work processes and ensure/monitor the implementation of process changes
Define, implement, monitor, and optimize performance targets, KPIs, and quality standards

Personal Requirements (Education, Knowledge, Skills):

Completed university degree (or degree from a university of applied sciences), preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or Business Administration
Very good English language skills
Excellent negotiation skills, assertiveness, and powers of persuasion
Very good project management skills
Several years of experience in project management
Very good process management skills
Very good Lean management skills
Ability to work in a team
Strong service orientation, customer focus, and intercultural competence
Confident and polished demeanor / interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills, strong analytical and conceptual abilities, and a high level of creativity
High degree of flexibility, resilience, decision-making ability, sense of responsibility, and strong initiative
Knowledge of infrastructure and ground support equipment desirable
Very good IT skills (focus: MS Office, JIRA, SAP, Wiki)
Willingness to travel for assignments domestically and abroad
