Description:
The Clinical Informatics Nurse serves as a bridge between clinical care and technology.
This role leverages nursing expertise to optimize the use of Meditech Expanse and other healthcare information systems.
The focus is on improving workflows and enhancing patient outcomes.
Ensuring system usability is a key responsibility while providing support and training to clinical staff.
Reports to the Information Systems Director.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred.
Experience in system implementation or optimization projects is desirable.
Work is performed in a hospital environment with exposure to clinical settings.
On-call availability may be required for urgent system issues or updates.
