Position Summary
The Analyst for Mental Wellbeing Non-Clinical Quality is responsible for executing and implementing activities outlined in the Quality Management (QM) Work Plan, such as participating in QM committees, conducting audits, and performing call reviews. This role involves preparing and reporting business information to both internal and external stakeholders, including delegates, committees, workgroups, and regulators, as well as providing consultative support to address various business issues.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate potential quality concerns, performing both quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and translating the results into actionable business information.
- Prepare QM documentation based on interpretation and application of business requirements, ensuring all activities are documented to demonstrate compliance with business, regulatory, and accreditation standards.
- Assists in developing and implementing QM projects and activities and is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and execution of quality improvement projects and initiatives.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of quality metrics and performance indicators to assess process and policy adherence.
- Support and participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance member care.
- Utilize healthcare information systems and data management tools to collect, analyze, and report on quality data, maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality of information.
- Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with standards, as well as evaluate processes and workflows to identify opportunities for optimization and increased efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of EAP call center experience.
- 2+ years of experience assisting members in locating resources.
- Demonstrate creative problem-solving skills.
- The ideal candidate must demonstrate a willingness to embrace change and adapt to evolving tasks as needed.
- The candidate should have the ability to manage competing priorities as needed and directed.
- The ideal applicant must demonstrate the ability to navigate ambiguity and nuance; making informed decisions and identifying creative solutions when parameters are new or not clearly defined.
- The ideal applicant should have a comprehensive understanding of the RFL program and the policy adherence that it requires.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with auditing calls.
- Experience with RFL Call Center.
- Bachelor's degree.
Education
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Associate degree or Bachelors Preferred.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$43,888.00 - $85,068.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
