Overview:

This is a floating position supporting efficient clinic operations through direct patient care and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on clinical support and direct patient care

• Perform lab testing, telephone triage, and basic care coordination
\n
• Maintain electronic medical records and assist in clinical operations
\n
• Support providers with patient assessments and treatment plans
\n
• Collaborate in a team-based care environment across clinics

Qualifications (by Level):
Licensed Practical Nurse Level I
\n

\n
• Active North Carolina LPN License
\n
• High School Diploma or equivalent
\n
• BCLS Certification
\n
• Ability to perform basic clinical procedures (venipuncture, kit testing)
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills, willingness to travel to other clinic sites
\n

Licensed Practical Nurse Level II
\n

\n
• Meets all Level I requirements
\n
• Demonstrated higher efficiency and accuracy in clinical tasks
\n
• Proficient in complex triage, lab interpretation, and care coordination
\n
• Ability to train new staff and serve as clinical resource
\n
• At least 6-12 months of experience at Level I required
\n

Registered Nurse Level I
\n

\n
• Active North Carolina RN license
\n
• High School Diploma or equivalent
\n
• BCLS Certification
\n
• Knowledge of basic pediatric assessments and telephone triage
\n
• Proficient in lab sample collection and EMR documentation
\n

Registered Nurse Level II
\n

\n
• Meets all Level I requirements
\n
• Demonstrated excellence in managing complex cases and leadership
\n
• Strong skills in provider collaboration and advanced patient care planning
\n
• Capable of coaching peers and supporting new staff training
\n
• At least 6-12 months of experience at Level I required
\n

Ideal Candidate: Ideal candidate is a \nlicensed RN or LPN in North Carolina who is adaptable and eager to contribute to multiple clinics in the Holly Springs and Clayton area. They demonstrate strong pediatric knowledge, excellent communication, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care in a collaborative environment. At Level II, they bring advanced clinical judgment, leadership skills, and mentoring ability, serving as a resource to both patients and staff.

Rate: USD $43,680 to $62,800

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• National Institutes of Health (NIH)
• Sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
• Active unencumbered Registered Nurse North Carolina state license
• Graduate from a fully accredited Registered Nurse program
• One year of work experience as Registered Nurse
• One year of EMR experience
• Board Certified
