We're seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinical Resources Development Specialist to support our Clinical Operations Resource Support team. In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and optimize clinical resources that empower our healthcare professionals and improve outcomes
Key Qualifications
- Education & Certification
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or healthcare specialty from an accredited university (required); Master's Degree preferred
- Active, unrestricted RN license preferred
- CCM certification required; CRRN or CNE/Nursing Professional Development certification preferred
- Clinical Expertise
- Minimum 7 years of experience managing catastrophic injury cases
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare delivery systems, standards of care for catastrophic diagnoses, and case management practices
- Training & Development Skills
- Proven experience in mentoring, adult learning, and skill development
- Proficient in designing and delivering engaging educational content using various instructional tools and technologies
- Ability to apply adult learning theories to practical, application-based strategies
- Communication & Collaboration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to simplify complex material and resolve conflicts creatively
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
- Technical Proficiency
- Intermediate computer skills including MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and LMS platforms
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to online learning
- Project & Time Management
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Commitment to Excellence
