We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the FinTech industry. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a technology-driven company and will be responsible for supporting executing, and monitoring projects to ensure successful delivery and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

• Assist in defining project objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables.

• Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for management.

• Identify potential risks and help develop mitigation plans.

• Ensure proper documentation and communication across all stakeholders.

• Collaborate with different departments to improve project workflow and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Associate Project Manager or Business Analyst, specifically in a tech company or technology-driven environment.

• Hands-on experience with MS Projects or similar project management tools.

• Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using AI tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to analyze project data, monitor progress, and prepare reports.

• A team player with strong time management and multitasking abilities.

• Fluent in English.
