Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of nurses? Tennessee Wesleyan University is seeking dynamic and experienced nursing faculty to join our team! We are currently accepting applications for full-time positions with expertise in Medical-Surgical/Adult Health, Community Health, and Psych/Mental Health Nursing for our Knoxville instructional site.

Position Highlights:

Teach and mentor students in our BSN program.

Engage in curriculum development, assessment, and student advisement.

Collaborate with clinical partners to enhance experiential learning.

Participate in faculty development and service to the department.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in nursing required; DNP or Ph.D. preferred for full-time positions.

Active, unencumbered RN license to practice in Tennessee.

3-5 years clinical experience in specialty. Certification is highly desirable.

Previous teaching experience preferred.
